DELIVERY:
Standard Items
Each of our handcrafted furniture pieces is hand-built for each customer order. While our goal is to craft and produce each order within eight to fourteen weeks, the quality you desire and we pride ourselves is priority one. In the event, a problem occurs resulting in a delivery time change, we will contact you with updated delivery information.
* Chess board delivery time is three to five weeks.
Special & Custom Orders
Although we work hard to produce and deliver your furniture in a timely manner, more complex pieces and custom orders may take longer than our standard delivery time goals. In the event we are unable to achieve the delivery goal, we will contact you with updated delivery information.
SHIPPING:
We use a variety of UPS delivery methods to safely and confidently deliver your order. Smaller orders are sent via standard UPS shipping methods. Larger orders are sent via UPS freight services.
There are four factors that determine shipping costs:
- Weight
- Package Size
- Type of Shipping Service
- Shipment Destination
Shipments under 150 pounds are sent regular UPS. Shipments over 150 pounds are shipped via UPS Freight Services. At times we also use other freight service companies.
COMING SOON:
We continue to create and produce new furniture pieces and designs. As part of increasing the variety of our furniture offerings, many of our pieces will soon be available through the standard checkout process in a variety of base woods such as Walnut and Cherry.
